How to apply Survey Logic

1. Navigate to Survey List

2. Click "Survey Logic"

3. Click "Add Logic"

4. Click this dropdown.

5. Click "Select a Question Type"

6. Click "Multiple Choice"

7. Click the "Enter question title" field.

8. Type "Add A new question"

9. Click the "Enter supporting text" field.

10. Click the "Enter Text Here" field.

11. Click the "Enter Text Here" field.

12. Click this dropdown.

13. Select "Skip Logic"

14. Click the Question "Dropdown"

15. Click this dropdown.

16. Click "Save"

17. Click "OK"

18. Click "Apply Survey Logic"

19. Click "OK"
