Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What happens when I exceed my limits?
We email your account admin as you approach your plan's limits, and you can upgrade at any time to keep collecting — upgrades take effect immediately.
Are there overage fees if I go over my response allowance?
No automatic overage billing. Some platforms charge per extra response and bill it to your card without asking. Survtapp emails your account admin as you approach the limit, and you decide whether to upgrade.
How does Survtapp pricing compare with per-seat survey tools?
Most established survey platforms charge per user seat, often with a multi-seat minimum and annual-only billing, so the price grows with your team. Survtapp prices the plan, not the person: each plan lists its user allowance in the table above, at one flat price, billed monthly or annually.
Is there a per-waiver or per-signature fee?
No. Waiver-specific tools commonly price by the number of signed waivers per month. On Survtapp a signed waiver is simply one response inside your plan's monthly allowance — the same allowance covers surveys, checklists and event leads.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly — use the Monthly/Annual toggle above to compare.
Do I have to pay to try Survtapp?
No. The free plan is free forever and needs no credit card — start there and upgrade only when you outgrow it.
What is vault mode?
A paused state for any paid plan, for months you are not collecting: new responses stop, but every record stays live, searchable and exportable for a small monthly fee, and your data-retention clock pauses until you return.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Yes — that is exactly what vault mode is for. Seasonal businesses switch to vault for the off-season, keep every record live for a small monthly fee, and reactivate when collection starts again. Cancelling outright usually starts a retention clock; vault mode pauses it.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
You can export everything — CSV, Excel and PDF — at any time, on every plan. Each plan's data-retention window is listed in the comparison table above, and vault mode keeps records live between seasons without a full subscription.
What currencies can I pay in?
Plans are priced independently in Canadian dollars, US dollars and Indian rupees — the toggle above shows each. Your billing country selects the market at signup.
