# Survtapp > Survtapp is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for offline-capable data collection on iOS and > Android: liability waivers, surveys, checklists and event lead capture, filled on phones and > tablets with no internet connection and synced once the device reconnects. How the product is organised, so the links below make sense: - A **form** is one of three types — survey, checklist or waiver — built in a drag-and-drop builder and published to a share link, an embedded iframe, a kiosk-mode tablet, or the mobile app. **Event lead capture** is a separate badge-scanning workflow, not a fourth form type. - Collection is **offline-first**: a response is captured on the device, queued with its original capture timestamp, and synced in order without duplicates when a connection returns. - An **account** is a tenant.
