Survtapp connects natively to 5 platforms — SendGrid, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Constant Contact — syncing the contacts you collect straight into your marketing and CRM lists. For everything else, HMAC-signed webhooks push events in real time, and a REST API with per-account keys is available on paid plans.

What data actually syncs?
Contacts — deliberately. The name, email, phone and company details you collect flow into your lists; survey responses stay in Survtapp, where you can export them as CSV, XLSX, JSON or PDF whenever you need them.
Pushes happen automatically as contacts are collected, and every integration has a manual sync too. Credentials are stored encrypted on the server and only ever displayed masked — and a contact under a GDPR processing restriction is never disclosed to any connected platform.
Can I build my own integration?
Yes. If your tool isn't in the list — or you want your own systems reacting the moment data arrives — two platform features cover it.
Webhooks
Subscribe any URL to events as they happen — a response created or completed, a form published or updated, a contact created. Every delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 using your webhook secret, so your endpoint can verify each payload really came from Survtapp.
REST API
Read your data programmatically with per-account API keys, created and revoked from Settings. Available on paid plans.

Which tools does Survtapp integrate with natively?
Five platforms: SendGrid, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Constant Contact. Each syncs the contacts you collect in Survtapp into the platform, and is set up in minutes from Settings → Integrations.
Is the sync one-way or two-way?
SendGrid and Mailchimp are one-way pushes from Survtapp into your list or audience. GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Constant Contact sync in both directions — they can also bring contacts back into Survtapp.
What data does Survtapp send to these platforms?
Contact data only — the name, email and related contact fields you collect. Survey responses stay in Survtapp; export those directly as CSV, XLSX, JSON or PDF. A contact under a GDPR processing restriction is never pushed to any third party.
How do I connect an integration?
From Settings → Integrations: paste an API key for SendGrid or Mailchimp, a Private Integration Token for GoHighLevel, or a private app token for HubSpot; Constant Contact connects with OAuth. Credentials are stored encrypted server-side and only ever shown masked.
Do integrations run automatically?
Yes — contacts push automatically as they are collected, and every integration also has a manual sync you can trigger any time. GoHighLevel syncs are metered by a daily quota so a big import cannot exhaust your allowances.
Can Survtapp notify my own systems in real time?
Yes, with webhooks. Subscribe a URL to the events you care about — new responses, form publishes, new contacts — and verify each delivery with its HMAC-SHA256 signature and your webhook secret.
Which plans include integrations?
Contact sync is included on plans that list the integrations feature, and REST API keys require a paid plan — see the pricing page for what each plan includes. Disconnecting an integration always works, on any plan.
