How do you build a survey in Survtapp?
Drag and drop from 20+ question types — ratings, NPS, multiple choice, photos, signatures, GPS location and more — or start from a template. Conditional logic shows each respondent only the questions that apply to them, and validation catches bad input at entry, not at analysis.
One form collects everywhere: a share link, a QR code, a kiosk-locked tablet at your counter, or the mobile app in the field.
What happens where there is no signal?
Collection continues. Responses are written to the device with their capture times, a visible queue shows what is waiting, and everything syncs automatically when the connection returns — with duplicate protection so a flaky network never creates double entries.
That is the difference between a data collection tool and a web form: a web form stops working exactly where field research happens — basements, rural sites, hospitals, event halls.
How do you analyze what you collected?
Reports show completion rates, response trends, per-question charts and NPS scoring, plus a map of where responses were collected. Export everything to CSV, Excel, PDF or JSON whenever you need it — including mid-study — and each response keeps its original capture time, collector and source.

What question types does Survtapp support?
Over 20 — short and long text, single and multiple choice, dropdowns, ratings, NPS, scales, yes/no, dates, numbers, email and phone, photo capture, signatures, GPS location, barcodes and more, plus layout blocks like page breaks and section headers.
Does data collection really work offline?
Yes. Responses queue on the device with their capture times and sync automatically on reconnection. Nothing is refused while offline, and duplicate protection prevents double entries on flaky networks.
How do respondents access a survey?
By share link, QR code, a kiosk-locked tablet, or through the Survtapp mobile app for staff-collected responses. The same form works across all of them.
Can questions change based on earlier answers?
Yes — conditional and skip logic shows or hides questions based on previous answers, so each respondent gets a form that fits them.
What export formats are available?
CSV, Excel, PDF and JSON, for a whole form or a single response. Exports include capture times, the collecting agent and the response source.
Can I see where responses were collected?
Yes — responses that carry a location appear on a map, and the location resolves to a readable address on the response detail and in exports.
How much does it cost?
